STATUTES
§ 1 - Name
The National Association is registered under the name of Azerbaijani National Association in Sweden, ARS
§ 2 - Definitions
ARS is a party political or religious affiliations. ARS is active in the Swedish constitution framework.
ARS protects both sexes equal rights.
§ 3 - ARS's aims
First Work to educate individuals and organizations in the Swedish society for Azerbaijani problems and issues.
Second Supporting people's struggle in South Azerbaijan for democracy, human rights and the right to decide his fate.
Third Work to make our people's voice heard in the world in its rightful quest for democracy, human rights and the right to self-determine their own destiny. This in
accordance with the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
4th Defend the territorial sovereignty and independence of the North Azerbaijan, supporting civic and Civil Rights and the quest for the construction of the rule of law.
5th Promote the integration of Azerbaijan into Swedish society.
6th Assist and develop cooperation between the Azerbaijani societies and individuals of Azerbaijan in Sweden.
7th Promote the equality of both sexes to be anchored in the community through political and social development.
8th Countering racism by democratic means and through in Sweden applicable laws.
9th To play active role in obtaining opportunities for adult education and cultural activities.
10th Make sure that the Azerbaijani Turkish recognized as an official language and require that Azerbaijani children and young people receive instruction in this language.
11th Require the application of Azerbaijan Turkish broadcast on Swedish radio and television.
12th The official language in ARS is Azerbaijan Turkish. The association documents shall be in Turkish and Swedish. However, it is permissible to use other languages in public relations purposes.
§ 4 - Conditions of eligibility
First Members must follow the National Association bylaws.
Second Members must pay membership dues. Member fee is determined by the annual meeting.
Third To be entitled to vote in the ARS Annual Meeting must be medellem at least three months.
4th After three months of membership, the members voting at the annual meeting.
5th Associations and organizations seeking membership in the ARS must submit an application in addition to the association's bylaws, certificate of registry (registration certificate from the Tax Office) and minutes to the meeting where the decision on membership taken. § 5 - Association as a member of the ARS
First As a member of the ARS association be registered with tax authorities.

§ 6 - the rights
Members:
First have access to the ARS documents and can be heard on the Association's activities and programs.
Second have the right both to choose and be chosen.

§ 8 - Congress
First Congress is the highest governing body of the ARS. It is convened by the Board annually.
Second The Congress is composed of representatives elected by the associations, labor organizations and physical members, and of the Board and auditors.
Third The Annual Congress is competent if at least 2 / 3 of delegates are present.
4th Notice of the Annual Congress shall be notified in writing ARS members at least 2 months in advance.
5.Medlemsföreningarna shall meet and choose delegates to Congress according to the following rules:
a. a representative from associations or labor organizations who have 3-5 members.
b. two representatives from associations with 6-10 members.
c. three representatives from associations with 11-15 members.
d. four representatives from associations with 16-21 members.
e. five representatives from associations with 22-29 members.
f. six delegates from associations with 30-38 members.
g. seven representatives from associations with 39-49 members.
h. 8 representatives from associations with 50 or more members.

§ 9 - Congressional duties and responsibilities
The Congress is responsible for
First Treat the federal board's report on the operating and financial stories.

Third Decide on the discharge or non for the outgoing national executive.
4th Treat suggestions and criticism from delegates.
5th Discuss and decide on amendments to the statutes.
6th Decide policy and plan for next fiscal year.
7th Selecting a new Chair, new förbundsstyrelse, deputies, auditors and election committee for the coming fiscal year.

§ 10 - Federal Board's functions and powers
First The Board is the union's governing body between congresses.
Second Responsibilities and lines of the Board:

g. The Organiser and Manager for Equality
h. Responsible for contacts
i. Responsible for district committees
Third The Board shall strive to achieve the objectives laid down in the statutes and enforce congressional decisions.
4th The Board shall draw up report on its activities every three months and inform members.
5th The Board will make its best efforts to create employment agencies.

# The Board consists of seven members and two alternates. Candidates for förbundsstyrelse item must be selected with the highest number of votes.
# Alternate members may participate in league all board meetings to speak, without voting rights.
# All financial and legal documents must be signed by the President and Treasurer.

§ 11 - Accountants
First Auditors should review the covenant between Congresses the Board's administration and accounts.
Second Auditors may participate in league all board meetings to speak, without voting rights.
Third Auditors shall submit a written report to Congress.
4th Accountants can review the membership of the unions.
5th Congress chooses three auditors for the coming financial year.
§ 12 - Nomination
The Nomination Committee is responsible to the Congress to present nominations for the position of trust that in these bylaws shall be elected by Congress.

# Congress can accept or reject the committee's proposal or to propose new candidates.
# Its members may not be candidates for förbundsstyrelse items.
§ 13 - League sources of income

§ 14 - Extraordinary Congress
First Extraordinary Congress has jurisdiction on the invitation of förbundsstyrelse by 50% +1 of the members' requirements and participation.
Second Thing to be considered by an Extraordinary Congress must get to the members' knowledge of at least 1 month last Congress.
Third Extraordinary Congress shall consider only the current issue.
§ 15 - Disciplinary
Organizations or individuals that do not follow or comply with ARS statutes may be addressed as follows:
First The Board can warn them.
Second The Board may freeze their membership.
Third Ordinary or Extraordinary Congress can exclude them.
4th Members are not entitled to use union funds for personal use or operate their own programs in the union's name.
§ 16 - National Association resolution
National Association may, for various reasons put an end to its operations or dissolve.
First The Association may be dissolved if four-fifths of the members demand it.
Second Association's assets shall be donated to the Azerbaijani Red Cross after the dissolution.
